Response to Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable time. We will also notify the user who posted the content, if applicable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
